Vegetables and Fruit

All our fruit and vegetables are grown and cultivated to exceed USDA Organic Guidelines. We incorporate sustainable methods of cultivation that preserves the land and natural resources helping to reduce our carbon footprint.

We extend the growing season by using temporary hoop houses and small passive/active solar heated greenhouses. These methods help bring high quality foods to your table earlier and later in the season. Please remember that this is central Indiana and not all produce is available throughout the season. The USDA and Purdue University have published a seasonal chart for common fruit and vegetable crops for Indiana harvest dates.
